Lavender oil is believed to balance emotions, uplift the spirit, relieve depression and balance internal disharmony.

Use in aromatherapy

Diffusion: add 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil per 100 ml of water to your diffuser and enjoy the relaxing aroma. You can use the oil in the sauna.

Aromatic bath: mix a few drops of lavender essential oil with a tablespoon of your favorite base oil (coconut, olive oil, almond) and add to your bath.
