RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. In accordance with the Law of May 30, 2014 “On Consumer Rights”, the customer may resign from the goods purchased in our store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. This is possible only if the goods have not been used, copied or damaged in any way.
   
   
2. Goods must be returned in their original, intact packaging.
   
   
3. Purchased goods sent back in non-original packaging, will be returned to the sender at his expense.
   
   
4. Returned goods should be sent back together with the proof of purchase received with them (Receipt – original, Invoice – photocopy) with a completed return form to the address: ul. Paszowice 339, 59-411 Paszowice.
   
   
5. The store guarantees to refund an amount equal to the price of the goods.
   If the goods are purchased with a receipt, the money will be refunded within 7 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer in the return form.
   
   If the goods are purchased with an invoice, a correction of the invoice will be sent to the customer (original and copy) a copy of the correction must be signed and sent back to our address. Upon receipt of a signed copy of the invoice correction, a refund order will be executed to the bank account indicated by the customer in the return form.
   
   
6. The cost of returning the goods is not refundable.
   
   
7. We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
