Our organic rosemary essential oil is a high quality product, extracted from organically grown rosemary bushes. Thanks to steam distillation, it contains 100% natural and pure essential oil.

Rosemary oil helps reduce stress levels and nervous tension, stimulates mental activity, relieves fatigue and supports respiratory function. It is also used to increase levels of concentration and alertness. Rosemary stimulates appetite and is also known to reduce levels of stress hormones, which are released during tension. Inhaling rosemary oil strengthens the immune system, is effective in decongesting the respiratory tract, and relieves throat and nasal congestion.

Use in aromatherapy

Diffusion: add 2-3 drops of rosemary essential oil per 100 ml of water to your diffuser and enjoy the relaxing aroma. You can use the oil in the sauna.

Aromatic bath: Mix a few drops of rosemary essential oil with a tablespoon of your favorite base oil (coconut, olive oil, almond) and add to your bath.
